My First Paint Along Session (via Zoom)

IMG_1219.jpeg

At the weekend, I hosted my very first remote portrait paint along session via Zoom. It was a lot of fun and I’m already looking forward to the next one. If you fancy taking part, it’s free to jump on you just need to request the link in advance and I’ll send it over along with the reference photo.

Last week’s image was one I’ve had saved for a while. I loved the lighting (although I love it a whole lot less after attempting to capture it in paint!) and I found the model’s expression intriguing.

I’ll be pulling together a process post once it’s completed but for now, here are a couple of WIP shots of where I am so far.
