New Finished Piece: Enchantress, oil on wood panel

I’m thrilled to have finished this new figure painting. She has patiently waited as I’ve worked on other pieces in between creating her. This is a new canvas size and dimension for me, the taller shape called to me before I know what I might create on it. This pose and composition seemed like a match made in heaven for this panel.

My vision for this painting was to capture an engaging Enchantress with enough detail and refinement to give her life while maintaining an energy and sense of wonder as the figure emerges through wildflowers and darkness.

Enchantress is now available to purchase and will be ready for shipping once dry.
