This portrait study was completed Alla Prima in a primed page of my sketchbook. It was inspired by a fashion shot of a women wearing a colourful floral blouse. I enjoyed painting this in one swift sitting, capturing the spontaneity I felt as I created this loose and captivating new Flower Goddess.
Once dry I added a little extra with the addition of some copper foil leafing to finish off.
